I've got this collection from somewhere on the Net. Don't know where you have downloaded Casino Royal from. Perhaps, following hint can help find password for that movie:

1. Movie is usually split into some parts in RAR format. Get the part names of that movie and note it down (for instance, casino_royal_part1.rar)
2. Go to Google.com and search with keyword of the part name (casino_royal_part1.rar).
3. Follow search result from Google and enter movie download site. Password is usually given in the site below movie part names.

I hope my hint can help find the password which you're looking for.
